Swimming and Sunbathing: You can go swimming at the protected sandy beachpark that is located only steps from the building. Or you could go to any of the famous beaches of Oahu's North Shore. You can also sunbathe on the rooftop deck with 360 degree views of the mountain and ocean. You can also snorkle behind the buidling year around. In the summer months when the surf is small you can srorkle at the famous "Shark's Cove," which is a short drive.
Turtle Watching: There are turtles that swim just offshore downstairs, or you can go to the famous "turtle beach," which is a short drive away.
Whale Watching: During the winter months, whale frolic off Oahu's North Shore. You can see them from the balconey, or even better from the roof-top deck. There are also whale watching excursion which leave from Haleiwa Harbor.
Surfing: Oahu's North Shore is know as the "mecca" of surfing, and during the winter the Pro Surfing Tour end here with the Triple Crown. There are several surf spots behind the house for the intermediate to advanced range surfers. There is a view of a surf break from the balconey that is good during light wind conditions. Of course there is also the "7 Mile Miracle" of surfing just minutes by car. There are over 50-100 well known and lesser surfed surf breaks within 7 miles of the condo, including Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, Chun's and Haleiwa.
Shopping: Haleiwa boasts an assortment of boutiques, supermarkets, surf shops and restaurants.
Shark Cage Tours: There are several boats giving shark cage tours from Haleiwa Harbor.
Boat Tours and Deep Sea Fishing: Haleiwa harbot has many charter boats to choose from.
Hiking: There are several hiking trails going into the mountains nearby.
